About The Achievement Algorithm

AI strategy that
belongs inside your business.

The Achievement Algorithm is a UK AI strategy company founded by Charlotte Fuller. It helps mid-sized businesses understand where AI can create value - and teaches their teams how to keep finding it themselves.

For UK companies of 100–250 people

What does the
company stand for?

Business priorities come first. Technology decisions should follow a clear understanding of the problem, the opportunity and the value that could be created.

For AI, that means looking beyond a list of tools or a claim about hours saved. It means understanding the costs, testing the assumptions and deciding what the business can realistically do with the gains.

The Achievement Algorithm brings that thinking to teams inside the business, so they can make better decisions about AI themselves.

The founder

Charlotte Fuller

Charlotte Fuller is a business, digital and AI strategist with over a decade of experience, including strategy consulting at Avanade, the Accenture and Microsoft company, and work with major global brands.

Her work connects business needs with technology opportunities: understanding what stakeholders want, identifying where the greatest value could come from and turning that into a practical roadmap.

She founded The Achievement Algorithm to bring that experience to mid-sized companies and build capability in their own teams.

Better AI decisions.
Capability your team keeps.

The business should be able to assess the next opportunity as well as the current one. That is why teaching the team is central to the company’s approach.

Clear value cases, visible assumptions and named owners give leadership a basis for deciding where to invest.
